# Studio: script & blocks

# Inside the Studio — script & blocks

The Studio is where you write, voice and arrange your audio.

* **Top bar:** the project title auto-saves — it cycles **Saving…** then **Saved** as you work — plus your word counter (shown as **"X of Y words"**), the **Export** button and help. **Export lives only in the top bar.**
* **Left rail panels (in order):** Edit, Voices, Create, SFX, Music, Pronounce, Files.
* **Paragraph blocks:** write or paste text and use **+ Add paragraph** for more. Each block can use its own voice — great for dialogue — and you can insert **Pause**. Preview a block or play the whole project.
* **Edit panel:** change the block's voice and set Playback — Volume, Fade In and Fade Out.
* **Timeline & playback:** every block is a segment; music/SFX sit on their own tracks. The **playback-speed** control is a cycling button that steps through **0.5× to 2.0×** (default **1.0×**). Zoom with **−/+**, then **Export** from the top bar.
